GRP Rooflights Overview

• Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) rooflights are used in place of steel cladding to allow natural light into the building.

Non-Fragility Performance

• Correctly specified Trilite GRP rooflights can achieve Class B and Class C non-fragility when new.

• Available to meet industry recommendations for non-fragility for 25 years, as outlined in NARM Technical Document NTD03.

Common Applications

• Most commonly used as multiple skins in structures clad with profiled metal or fibre cement cladding.

• Suitable for buildings where little or no roof access is required after installation, or where regular roof access is needed with reinforced sheets.

Superlife Enhanced UV Finish

• Trilite GRP sheets come with the ‘Superlife’ enhanced UV protective finish, which reduces the harmful effects of UV radiation, ensuring long lifespan.

Customization Options

• GRP rooflights available for standard single skin profiles or through a profile matching service.

• FAIRS (Factory Assembled Insulated Rooflight Systems) can also be provided for composite panels if needed.
